BLOG ENTRY #2: THE ROAD CALLS — COBRA RIDES TO THE DRAGON

Tail of the Dragon Odyssey 2025 | May 27 – June 6

Last year, we were carving up the rugged trails of Colorado in Side-by-Sides, surrounded by mountains and mayhem — the kind of ride where dirt gets in your blood and memories get locked in for life. That was the second ride of what’s becoming a sacred tradition for the C.O.B.R.A. RACING ARMY: get out, get wild, and ride hard with your crew.

But in 2025, we’re taking things to a whole new level.

This summer, we saddle up for the C.O.B.R.A. RACING ARMY: Tail of the Dragon Odyssey — a 2,400-mile motorsports journey from the heart of Texas to the legendary Tail of the Dragon in North Carolina. And for the first time ever, we’re doing it on street bikes.

We’re talking twisties, elevation, and backroads so wicked they’ve become legends in their own right. We’re ripping through some of the most iconic motorcycle roads in the country:

• Pig Trail Scenic Byway (Arkansas)

• Devil’s Triangle (Tennessee)

• Cherohala Skyway

• Moonshiner 28

• And of course, the mighty Tail of the Dragon — 318 curves in 11 miles.

This is a rolling tribute to adrenaline, freedom, and the ride-or-die lifestyle that defines us. But it’s more than just the road. It’s about the people on it.

We’re inviting everyone — motorcycles, muscle cars, hotrods, whatever rides — to roll with us. The more souls, the louder the roar. And this year, we’re riding with a purpose bigger than ourselves.

🧸 Riding for the Kids – St. Jude Charity Drive

This ride marks the launch of our C.O.B.R.A. for Kids Crusade — a campaign to raise $50,000 for the children at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

• May 29: Backroads → Memphis, TN

• May 30: Ride into Nashville, TN

• May 31–June 1: Flex day for weather/riding Devil’s Triangle & Cherohala

• June 1: Arrive at Tail of the Dragon

• June 2: Ride Dragon, Moonshiner 28

• June 3–6: Chattanooga → Meridian, MS → Shreveport, LA → Return to Sugarland, TX
